Please allow Me to bring it to you. Fix your eyes on Me and expect the greatest things as you watch. Keep experiencing the satisfaction that I AM.

Learn all the things I tell you and be patient. Just wait. Don’t be anxious. Do not worry. Don’t look around and feel at the things others may have got. Yours will be different because I LOVE YOU. Don’t look at things you think you want. They may not be the things I want for you. Look up straight at Me because you might miss what I want to show you.

definitely something to remember. and oh! the tales i’d live to tell of how my brother and i made the rest of the group walk up and down the malls and up and down the streets not really sure of where we were headed; of how the 2 of us kept referring to our maps and holding on to them for dear life; of how we lived the low-life in a cramped (but i swear it wasn’t as bad as they kept saying) yet comfy hostel eating bread and noodles with coffee or chocolate drinks for breakfast; of how we were all so eager to photograph any and every park or landscape to show dad in the hope that one day the city would actually be rich enough to afford such; of how once we stepped into disney or ocean park we were all transformed into little kids- so open to the newness of everything and so full of wonder; of how one night kuya, me and ron2 went out to explore by ourselves and came back with bright faces,empty wallets and numb feet…

of how, all along, i wished you were there…(=

top so-HK moments:

1. searching for and finally witnessing the light symphony

2.fooling around at the wax museum

3.looking for ‘tarong nga pagkaon’ in the streets lined with chinese restaurants and weird-looking local delicacies and eventually settling for the ever trusty mcdonald’s. every time! ( i thought it was so silly and so amusing at the same time.)

no disney on the list. i guess what people say is right: visit the newest parks first, think UPGRADE, and save the US parks for last…

overall rating: 3 star.

***true story. charge to experience nalang. anyway, sabi nila di ka talaga totoong driver if you’ve never crashed. so. i guess i deserve a congratulations then.
